Cymatic.

Revealing the true substance of things audible, but conventionally invisible.

For this installation, I repurposed a subwoofer from a disassembled speaker system and mounted it beneath a shallow basin elevated on stilts. Surrounding the structure with reactive lighting, I used low-frequency sound to generate cymatic patterns in the water—creating a living surface that pulsed and rippled in sync with the audio. The result was a sensory experiment blending sound, light, and motion, documented through video and stills.
